MISSION
To teach tennis to youth and adults and to provide tennis opportunities such as league and tournament play.

HISTORY
Tennis At Shiloh (TAS) was organized in April 1976 by 18 members. The members named the club, agreed upon kelly green and white as the official colors, designed an emblem, selected a site for play, developed a training program and adopted a constitution and bylaws.

TAS is an outreach program of the Henry C. Gregory, III Family Life Center at Shiloh Baptist Church in Washington, DC  It was organized for the purpose of providing and promoting physical and spiritual developments through recreation and fellowship in a Christian atmosphere for youths and adults.  TAS also offers instructional, social, and competitive tennis play.
