The balance due for the work on 1543 8th Street is $36,660. The cost for exterminator services for 1 year for all the properties involved is $ 7860. The costs have not yet been paid, but when added to the expenditures listed above, bring our total amount of paid and committed funds to $166,025.00

 Our update for the week is as follows:

·         Mr. Randolph has informed us that during the inspection this week we were cited for additional trash that needs to be removed from 1528, 1532, and 1536 9th Street. He assures us this matter can be handled in a few days at a minimal cost.

·         The inspector also noted at 1533 there were holes in the walls, and missing steps that must be replaced. At 1600 8th Street trash must be removed and holes in the floor must be repaired.

 We are continuously grateful for the church wide support of this campaign.
