Building God's Village

We are building God's Village!  As the warm weather indicates, summer is just around the corner.  People will be traveling and vacation season will begin.  We pray God's blessing upon all who will be enjoying the warm quieter days of summer.  However, as we move into a vacation mind set, let us not forget our church responsibilities.  We know that whether we vacation in some far exotic place, or just chill out in "porchville," our electric, gas and other energy costs need to be paid.  This is true for the church as well as for our personal responsibilities.  As you plan for the summer, please remember to keep up your tithes and other contributions to the church.

If you will be traveling, the best strategy is to present your tithes or send them before you leave.  It is human nature that when something is out of sight it is out of mind.  However, whatever works best for each of us is the way we should proceed.  The important point is to be sure we keep our church responsibilities first and foremost in mind, as God blesses the Shiloh family to enjoy what we trust will be a peaceful, restful and relaxing summer.
