MISSION

Historically Black Colleges and Universities Council (HBCU).  The mission of the Shiloh HiBCU is to celebrate and educate others about the tradition and excellence of historically Black colleges and universities, introduce potential students to different HBCU educational options, provide support for educational scholarships, and undertake any other efforts to preserve and support historically Black colleges and universities across the country.
