Boy Scout Troop 524 of Shiloh Baptist Church are very proud of
Grant Evans for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout which is the
highest rank in scouting. Please join us in congratulating him
on a job well done! We would also like to recognize his mother,
Shelia Evans for supporting her son in scouting. Grant joins
Greg Bingham, Terrence Carroll, Henry C Gregory IV (Clay),
Herbert Johnson, Jerrin Holdip, Desmond Cole and Jamil Smart as
Shiloh's past Eagle Scouts.

Grant works on
becoming an Eagle Scout
Grant is currently in the process
of working toward becoming an Eagle Scout. A major
requirement of earning the rank of Eagle is to do a service
project, where he has to plan and show leadership throughout the
entire project!
There are four major parts to his
project, which are:
-
To beautify the campsite
-
To create a staircase leading
to the campsite
-
To create a cooking station
in the campsite.

To clear out the weeds on the
road.
